fa تدوین اولویت‌های پژوهشی مراکز اورژانس بیمارستان‌های آموزشی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهر زنجان: یک مطالعه دلفی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></em></strong><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"> تعیین اولویت‌ها نقش مهمی در مدیریت پژوهش‌های حوزه سلامت کشورها دارد. اهمیت آن در زمانی که با محدودیت منابع مالی و انسانی مواجه هستیم، دو</span></span></em> <em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">چندان می گردد. این مطالعه با هدف تدوین اولویت های پژوهشی مراکز اورژانس بیمارستان‌های آموزشی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهر زنجان در سال1394 انجام شد</span></span></em><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">.</span></span></span></em><br> <strong><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">روش بررسی:</span></span></em></strong><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"> در این مطالعه روش سه مرحله‌ای دلفی، با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند تعداد 44 نفر متشکل از مدیر گروه‌های اورژانس، اعضای هیات علمی پزشکی و پرستاری اورژانس، مسئول بخش‌های اورژانس، سرپرستاران بخش‌های اورژانس و سوپروایزرهای آموزشی بیمارستان‌ها و پزشکان، پرستاران و ماماهای دارای حداقل یک سال سابقه کار در بخش اورژانس انتخاب شدند. مطالعه در سه راند متوالی انجام و داده‌های کیفی با</span></span></em> <em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">روش تحلیل محتوی و داده‌های کمی با آمار توصیفی و نرم افزار </span></span></em><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">SPSS Ver.22</span></span></span></em><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"> مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.</span></span></em><br> <strong><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></em></strong><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"> نتایج تحلیل کیفی و کمی داده‌های راندهای سه‌گانه منجر به 51 موضوع پژوهشی دارای اولویت در سه حیطه آموزشی (16 موضوع)، مدیریتی (26 موضوع) و بالینی (9 موضوع) گردید و مورد اجماع قرار گرفت.</span></span></em><br> <strong><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></em></strong><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">اولویت‌های پژوهشی تدوین شده می تواند ذینفعان مطالعه را در انتخاب موضوعات و تمرکز بر فعالیت های پژوهشی آینده راهنمایی نماید. همچنین تخصیص منابع و بودجه های پژوهشی را هدفمند نماید.</span></span></em></p> <p><strong><em>Background and Objectives: </em></strong>The establishment of priorities has a significant role in the management of healthcare-related researches in countries. This importance doubles when financial and human resources are limited. This study aimed to sort out research priorities of the emergency units of teaching hospitals affiliated to Zanjan University of Medical Sciences in 2015.<br> <strong><em>Materials and Methods</em></strong>This study used the three-round Delphi survey. Using purposive sampling, 44 subjects comprising the director of emergency departments, faculty members of the emergency medical and nursing departments, director of the emergency units, head nurses of the emergency units, educational supervisors of the hospitals, and physicians, nurses, and midwives with at least 1year experience in emergency units were selected. Qualitative Data was analyzed by content analysis and quantitative data by descriptive statistics using SPSS Ver. 22 software.<br> <strong><em>Results</em></strong>: Qualitative and quantitative data analysis resulted in 51 research priorities which categorized into three areas, namely educational area with 16 topics, management area with 26 topics, and clinical area with 9 topics.<br> <strong><em>Conclusion:</em></strong> The prioritized research topics can be used as a suitable guide for stakeholders in selecting research topics and steering their research activities.
