fa ارزیابی شاخص‌های عملکرد اورژانس پیش بیمارستانی شهر بیرجند، سال1393 تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></em></strong> <em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">امروزه مراقبت‌های پیش بیمارستانی یک جزء اساسی در درمان بیماران اورژانسی است. درستی عملکرد قسمت‌های مختلف این سیستم منجر به پیشگیری از فوت و معلولیت می‌گردد، این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی شاخص‌های عملکرد اورژانس‌های پیش بیمارستانی شهر بیرجند در سال 1393 انجام شد</span></span></em><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">.</span></span></span></em><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"></span></span></em><br> <strong><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">روش بررسی: </span></span></em></strong><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">مطالعه‌ی توصیفی در پنج پایگاه اورژانس سطح شهر بیرجند انجام شد. داده‌های مربوط به کارکنان و تجهیزات موجود در پایگاه‌های اورژانس با استفاده از چک لیست استخراج شد و گزارش ماموریت‌ها از طریق اطلاعات ثبت شده در پایگاه مرکزی مورد بررسی قرار</span></span></em> <em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">گرفت. وضعیت نیروی انسانی و زمان پاسخ با استاندارد وزارت بهداشت و وضعیت تجهیزات با استاندارد موسسه استاندارد و تحقیقات صنعتی ایران مقایسه گردید</span></span></em><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">.</span></span></em><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"></span></span></span></em><br> <strong><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></em></strong><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"> یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد هیچ یک از پایگاه‌ها دارای نیروی انسانی کافی نیستند و هیچ کدام از آمبولانس‌های پایگاه‌های اورژانس، دارای تمامی تجهیزات مورد نیاز نبوده‌اند. بهترین وضعیت، مربوط به تجهیزات تشخیصی (63/96 درصد) و بیشترین کمبود، مربوط به تجهیزات حفاظت شخصی (94/17درصد) بود.</span></span></em><br> <strong><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></em></strong><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">رفع کمبودهای نیروی انسانی و تجهیز آمبولانس‌های پایگاه‌های اورژانس به خصوص از نظر تجهیزات حفاظت شخصی ضروری به نظر می‌رسد</span></span></em><em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">.<span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"></span></span></span></em><br> <em><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"></span></span></span></em></p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p><strong><em>Background and Objectives: </em></strong>Today, prehospital care is an essential component of emergency patient treatment. The proper performance of different parts of this system leads to prevention of death and disability, so this study aimed to determine the performance of prehospital emergency in Birjand.<br> <strong><em>Materials and Methods: </em></strong>This descriptive study conducted in five prehospital emergency stations of Birjand in 2015. Data on staffs and equipment of these emergency stations were examined using check-list and the mission reports in recorded information in the central database. The status of human resources and also their response time was compared with the Iranian Ministry of Health Standards; as well the equipment status is compared with Iranian Institute of Standards and Industrial Research.<br> <strong><em>Results</em></strong>: The study showed that none of the stations had adequate human resources and no emergency ambulance had all the necessary equipment.
